State University of Economics and Technology
State University of Economics and Technology (SUET), formerly Kryvyi Rih Institute of Economics (KEI), is a public university in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. It has about 370 academic staff and 5,000 students on an urban campus. The university's roots go back to 1966 when it started as a branch of the Donetsk Institute of Soviet Trade. In 1977 it became a branch of Kyiv National Economic University, and in 2011 it joined Kryvyi Rih National University. In 2020 it was reestablished as SUET after merging the Kryvyi Rih Institute of Economics with the Kryvyi Rih Institute of Metallurgy and four local colleges, forming five faculties. It is overseen by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Website: duet.edu.ua/en
