Bao Shengxin (born 1 August 2003) is a Chinese professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Zhejiang FC in the Chinese Super League and for China’s under-23 national team.

Early life
- Born in Jinhua, Zhejiang.
- Started playing football in third grade at Jiangbin Primary School, where coach Zhou Xiaowei spotted his talent.
- Became the school's top scorer and helped them win the Zhejiang Campus Football League.

Youth career
- Joined Hangzhou Greentown (Zhejiang) youth academy in 2015.
- Captained the under-18 team.

Club career
- Promoted to Zhejiang FC’s first team after the 2021 National Games of China.
- Made his Chinese Super League debut on 8 November 2022 in a 5-1 win over Guangzhou FC.
- Loaned to Shanghai Jiading Huilong (China League One) in July 2023 for more game time. He made 41 appearances, scored 4 goals, and had 3 assists.
- Won China League One Young Player of the Month in September 2023 (scored 1 goal, 1 assist in 4 matches; created 10 chances).
- Won the same award again in April 2024 after scoring 2 goals in 5 matches. Helped Jiading Huilong achieve their best league finish.
- Returned to Zhejiang FC in December 2024.
- Contract extended to 2028 season on 8 August 2025.
- Suffered a fracture of the left fifth metatarsal in April 2025 and was sidelined.

International career
- 2023: Played for China U20, reaching the quarter-finals of the AFC U-20 Asian Cup.
- December 2025: Named to China U22 training camp for the 2026 AFC U-23 Asian Cup.
- January 2026: Included in China’s 23-man squad for the 2026 AFC U-23 Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia, wearing number 21.

Style of play
- A holding midfielder known for reading the game, starting attacks from deep, strong defense, and high work rate. He has a good passing range and set-piece ability.
