XHIS-FM broadcasts on 106.3 FM from Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco, and is branded La Rancherita 106.3 FM, playing ranchera music. It is owned by Grupo Radiofónico Zer (Radio Sistema del Pacífico, S.A. de C.V.) and is simulcast on XHPTAM-FM 88.9 in Tamazula de Gordiano, a Zer station that was won in the IFT-4 radio auction in 2017. The station’s AM predecessor, XEIS-AM 670, began in 1965 and later moved to FM in 2011, with its transmitter relocated in 2018. In 2016, Radio Sistema del Pacífico came under Zer’s control, finalizing XHIS-FM’s ownership by the group.
