Bailey Mes (born 27 May 1989 in Auckland) is a New Zealand netball player known for her height and versatility in attack. She is 1.87 m tall and can play goal shoot, goal attack, and wing attack. Mes has played for several ANZ Premiership teams, including Northern Mystics (2010–2014, 2017–2021), Mainland Tactix (2015–2016), and Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic (2022). She made her Silver Ferns debut in 2012 during the quad series against South Africa and earned 76 international caps by 2023. Her early international breakout came in 2012, when she played in the Constellation Cup, the Netball Quad Series, and the Fast5 World Series, where she finished with one of the tournament’s highest shooting percentages. She also represented New Zealand at the 2019 Netball World Cup in Liverpool and the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

On 18 May 2023, Mes announced her retirement from both international and domestic netball after the 2023 ANZ Premiership finals, citing injuries as the main reason.
