Axoclinus lucillae, the Panama triplefin, is a small fish in the triplefin blenny family. It lives in the eastern Pacific, in shallow rocky and coral areas up to 20 meters deep, from Mexico to Colombia. Its conservation status is Least Concern.

Name origin:
The species name lucillae honors Louise Parsons, the wife of George Vanderbilt III; it is also sometimes thought to refer to their daughter Lucille Vanderbilt.
