Carlos Alberto Massara (born 19 June 1978) is an Argentine former football defender. In August 1999 he moved to Greece to join Akratitos in the Alpha Ethniki. He spent much of his career in Greece, playing for Akratitos, Panelefsiniakos, Marko, Levadiakos, Asteras Tripolis, Atromitos and Diagoras. He later returned to Argentina to play for Defensores Salto and Defensores Cambaceres (2011–2012). He made at least 22 league appearances for Akratitos and 29 for Atromitos, where he scored 2 goals, among other stints with various clubs.
