Arsène Mersch
Arsène Mersch (14 December 1913 – 1980) was a Luxembourgish cyclist who raced on the road and in cyclo-cross. Born in Koerich, he won the Luxembourg national championships twice in road racing and twice in cyclo-cross. He also won one Tour de France stage and wore the yellow jersey for one day. He died in Koerich in 1980.
