The Dave and Lynn Frohnmayer Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge is a concrete bridge in Eugene, Oregon that carries pedestrians and bicycles over the Willamette River. It connects Alton Baker Park and Autzen Stadium and is owned by the City of Eugene. The bridge is 667 feet long, 14 feet wide, has six spans, and four piers in the water. It opened in 1970, was designed by OBEC Consulting Engineers, and cost about $175,000.

It is named after former University of Oregon president David B. Frohnmayer and is also informally known as the Autzen Footbridge.

Origin: In 1970, the Eugene Water & Electric Board proposed the bridge to carry steam from its steam plant to a greenhouse near Autzen Stadium. Because bedrock prevented burying the pipe, the idea evolved into a pedestrian and bicycle bridge if the extra cost was paid by the university and Lane County.
