Arlington Heights Historic District is a national historic district in Arlington County, Virginia. It covers about 737 contributing buildings and one contributing site in a central residential neighborhood that grew from 25 subdivisions planned between 1909 and 1978. The area is mainly single‑family homes, with Tudor Revival and Colonial Revival styles, and also includes some twin houses, garden apartments, a synagogue, a parsonage, two elementary schools, a middle school with a community center, two parks, and a diner. The district spans roughly 177 acres and began development in 1909, with notable architects such as Charles Beger and Fred Behm associated with it. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008 and is listed in the Virginia Landmarks Register.
