Andrey Valeryevich Desyatnikov is a Russian professional basketball center who is currently a free agent. He was born on May 4, 1994, in Vladivostok, Russia, and he stands 7 ft 3 in (2.21 m) tall and weighs 232 lb (105 kg).

Desyatnikov began his career in youth teams with Spartak Primorie Vladivostok and Triumph Lyubertsy, and joined Zenit Saint Petersburg in 2014. He made his professional debut with Zenit in 2015, competing in the Russian VTB United League and the EuroCup. He has had loan spells with Rossiya Novogorsk (2015) and Wilki Morskie Szczecin (2017–2018). He briefly entered the 2015 NBA draft but withdrew.

For Russia, he played in junior competitions at the Albert Schweitzer Tournament and the FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship in 2012, the FIBA Under-19 World Championship in 2013, and the FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship in 2014, and won bronze at the 2015 World University Games. He was part of the senior national team for EuroBasket 2015.

His later clubs include Khimki (2019–2021), Dynamo Vladivostok (2021–2022), Samara (2022), and CSKA Moscow (2022–2023).
