Amphidromus maryae is a species of air-breathing tree snail in the family Camaenidae. Described in 2021 by Nguyen Ngoc Thach, it is an arboreal mollusk that grazes on surfaces and feeds on detritus. The holotype is housed at the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle in Paris. This snail is endemic to Vietnam.

The shell of Amphidromus maryae is sinistral (left-coiling) and reaches about 29.4 millimeters in length.
