Terrance Simmons

Terrance Demon Simmons (born May 3, 1976) is a former American football defensive tackle. He was born in Moss Point, Mississippi. He stood 6 feet 8 inches tall and weighed about 310 pounds during his playing career. He attended Vigor High School in Prichard, Alabama, and played college football for the Alabama State Hornets. He went undrafted in 2001. Simmons spent time with the Washington Redskins in 2000, played for the Frankfurt Galaxy in 2001, returned to the Redskins in 2001, played for Frankfurt Galaxy again in 2002, and appeared in the NFL for the Carolina Panthers in 2002. He played in two NFL games.
