Afzalabad (Persian: افضل‌آباد) is a village and the capital of Poshtkuh Rural District, in Poshtkuh District, Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. It is located at 28°19′43″N 61°27′09″E (28.32861°N, 61.45250°E) and follows Iran Standard Time (UTC+3:30).

Population history:
- 2006: 514 people in 82 households (then part of the Central District)
- 2011: 159 people in 43 households
- 2016: 172 people in 58 households

Administrative change:
In 2019, Poshtkuh Rural District was moved to form the new Poshtkuh District.
