Yonghe Yongping Elementary School metro station
Yonghe Yongping Elementary School Station is an under-construction Taipei Metro stop on the Wanda–Zhonghe–Shulin line (LG05). It’s located in western Yonghe District, New Taipei, Taiwan, near Yongping Elementary School.
The station will be underground with three levels and an island platform. Its design will highlight green spaces from schools and will include an underground botanical garden.
The name combines the Yonghe district and the nearby Yongping Elementary School. It was initially planned to be called Yonghe Station, but it was changed to reflect its distance from central Yonghe.
Opening date is not fixed yet. It is under construction with plans to open in the mid-2020s; initial targets mentioned December 2025, but later updates talk about June 2027.
