Adrian Gheorghe Iordache (born 12 September 1980) is a Romanian former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. He was born in Pitești and is 1.89 meters tall. He began in the youth teams of Sporting Pitești and Dinamo București. In his senior career he played for Dinamo București and Dinamo II, with loans at Poiana Câmpina and Oțelul Galați. He later played abroad for Shinnik Yaroslavl in Russia, Argeș Pitești in Romania, Alki Larnaca and AEL Limassol in Cyprus, Khazar Lankaran in Azerbaijan, and then returned to Romania to play for Rapid București, Mioveni, and Gloria Bistrița. He finished his career with a total of 246 league appearances and 14 goals.

After retiring as a player, Iordache became an assistant coach, working with several clubs worldwide. His coaching roles include Al-Faisaly (2015–2016), Al-Tai (2017–2018), Botoșani (2018–2019), a spell with Lebanon (2019–2020), Hermannstadt (2021), Voluntari (2021–2023), Sepsi OSK (2023), Botoșani (2024–2025), and Petrolul Ploiești (2025).
