345 Tercidina is a large, dark asteroid in the main asteroid belt. It is a C-type (carbon-rich) asteroid, probably made of carbonaceous material. It was discovered by Auguste Charlois on 23 November 1892 in Nice, France. The origin of its name is not known.

Key facts
- Orbit: semi-major axis about 2.33 AU; eccentricity ~0.061; inclination ~9.75 degrees. It takes about 3.55 years (1295 days) to orbit the Sun.
- Size and mass: roughly 126 × 94 × 90 km in shape, with a mean diameter around 94–98 km. Mass is about 2.7 × 10^18 kg and density around 5.3 g/cm³.
- Surface and reflectivity: low albedo of about 0.065, meaning it reflects little sunlight.
- Rotation: spins every about 12.37 hours.
- Occultations: in 2002 and 2005, observations of a star being blocked by the asteroid gave estimated outlines of roughly 111 × 90 km and 126 × 111 km, respectively. Differences are likely due to the viewing angle during each event.
