Skyler Cassity
Skyler Cassity is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Oklahoma State Cowboys. He began coaching in 2014 as a student assistant at Auburn. In 2016, he became a graduate assistant at Texas State, then moved to Texas Tech as a graduate assistant from 2017 to 2019. From 2020 to 2021, he coached outside linebackers and defensive backs at Missouri State. He served as defensive coordinator at Abilene Christian from 2022 to 2023, and at Sam Houston in 2024, becoming the youngest defensive coordinator in the FBS. In 2025, he was the defensive coordinator at North Texas, and in 2026 he joined Oklahoma State as the defensive coordinator. He is the son of former Oklahoma State defensive coordinator Mike Cassity and the brother of Braden Cassity, a former OSU tight end.
