The 2024 Primera División B Metropolitana was the 81st season of Paraguay’s third-tier football league for teams from the Asunción metropolitan area. The competition ran from 12 April to 20 October 2024 and featured 18 teams.

Deportivo Capiatá won the title and earned promotion to the División Intermedia, along with River Plate, who finished as runners-up. Cristóbal Colón Ñem and 12 de Octubre SDO were relegated to the Primera División C for the next season.

The format stayed the same: a double round-robin where each team played 36 matches (two rounds of 18). The team with the most points at the end was champion; if two teams were tied on points, a playoff match decided the title. If more than two teams were tied, tiebreakers were used to determine the champion.

Relegation was decided by a three-season average of points per game; the two teams with the lowest averages were relegated to Primera División C.
