1957 Kent State Golden Flashes football team represented Kent State University in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) during the 1957 college football season. Led by 12th-year head coach Trevor J. Rees, the team finished 3–6 overall, 1–5 in the MAC, in seventh place. They were outscored by opponents 138–114. Ron Fowler led the team with 508 rushing yards, Ken Horton had 304 passing yards, and Dick Mihalus contributed 100 receiving yards. Home games were played at Memorial Stadium.
