2022–23 LEN Women's Euro Cup
The 2022–23 Women's LEN Euro Cup is the 24th edition of Europe’s second-tier club competition for women’s water polo. The tournament ran from 13 January to 29 March 2023 and featured 16 teams from 9 countries. This season the competition was renamed the LEN Women’s Euro Cup. Ethnikos Piraeus were the defending champions from the previous season.
The format expanded to 16 clubs in four groups of four, with the top two from each group advancing to the quarterfinals, replacing the old final-four format. Group matches were held in four host cities: Piraeus (Greece), Mulhouse (France), Lille (France), and Porto (Portugal). The knockout-stage draw took place on 16 January 2023.
UVSE Budapest won the title, their second, with Ferencvaros finishing as runners-up.
