2022–23 Czech Women's First League
The 2022–23 Czech Women’s First League was the 30th season of the Czech Republic’s top women’s football league. Slavia Prague were the defending champions and won the title again this season.
Format and teams
- Eight teams competed. In the regular season, each team played the others twice (14 matches). The top four then entered a championship round for six more matches, while the bottom four played a relegation round for six matches.
- The regular season finished on 26 March 2023.
- Promoted to the league this season: Pardubice. Relegated from the top division: Dukla Prague.
- The top three teams—Slavia Prague, Sparta Prague, and Slovácko—qualified for the 2023–24 UEFA Women's Champions League.
