The Night Serenade
The Night Serenade, or Éjjeli zene, is a 1943 Hungarian drama directed by Frigyes Bán. It stars János Sárdy, Margit Ladomerszky and Éva Kelemen. Made at Hunnia Studios in Budapest with sets by László Dudás, the film runs 90 minutes and is in Hungarian. The story follows a scandal when a wealthy engaged woman is serenaded by a man who isn’t her fiancé.
