The 2021 Phillip Island Trophy was the first edition of a WTA 250 tennis tournament held February 13–19, 2021 at Melbourne Park in Melbourne, Australia. It was part of the Melbourne Summer Series and served as a warm-up event for the Australian Open, played on outdoor hard courts at the same venue. Because many Australian events were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this tournament ran during the second week of the Australian Open. The singles draw featured 56 players, the qualifying draw had 16 players, and the doubles draw included 24 teams. The total prize money was $235,238. The champions were Daria Kasatkina in singles, and Ankita Raina / Kamilla Rakhimova in doubles.
