The 2021 IIHF World U18 Championship was the 22nd edition of the tournament for players under 18, organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all lower-division tournaments were canceled, and only the top division was held.

Hosted in the United States, the top division took place in Frisco and Plano, Texas, from April 26 to May 6, 2021. Ten teams competed. Canada won the championship, earning its fourth U18 title, with Russia as runners-up, Sweden in third place, and Finland in fourth. The United States finished without a medal for the first time since 2003.

Across 28 games, 221 goals were scored (about 7.89 per game). Attendance totaled 21,038 (roughly 751 per game). Matvei Michkov of Russia was the scoring leader with 16 points and was named the tournament MVP.

Lower-division events were planned in several countries (Slovakia, Italy, Estonia, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Luxembourg) but were canceled due to the pandemic.
