2019 Norwegian Third Division

The 2019 3. divisjon, also known as Norsk Tipping-ligaen for sponsorship, was the fourth-tier of Norwegian football. It featured 84 teams divided into 6 groups of 14, and it began on 13 April 2019. Each team played 26 matches in a double round-robin schedule.

The champions (one per group) were:
- Eidsvold Turn
- Vålerenga 2
- Fløy
- Vard Haugesund
- Rosenborg 2
- Fløya

These six teams were promoted to the 2. divisjon. Seventeen teams were relegated to the 4. divisjon.

Across the season, 1,092 matches were played and 4,295 goals were scored, averaging about 3.93 goals per game. The top scorer was Simen August Næss with 30 goals.

Between seasons, teams moved between divisions: some were promoted from the 4. divisjon, some were relegated from the 2. divisjon, and promotions and relegations occurred to and from the 2. divisjon.
