Polonia Przemyśl is a Polish sports club from the city of Przemyśl in the southeast. Founded in 1909, it is one of Poland’s oldest clubs. The team colors are white, red and blue, and the club runs two sports: football and men’s basketball. The football team plays in the regional league, while the basketball team competes in the second division. In the mid-1990s, Polonia’s basketball team was among Poland’s best, finishing second in 1995 and third in 1996.

The football club has historical ties to Lviv when the area was under Polish control. It started in 1909 as “San Przemyśl” because the name Polonia was not yet allowed. The first official match was in 1910 against Slavia, which they lost 2–3. From 1910 to 1914 they played 26 games, including a 2–1 win over Resovia in 1914.

In the 2023–24 season, Polonia Przemyśl finished 16th out of 18 in IV liga Subcarpathia and were relegated. They play at the Sanocka 7 Street Stadium, which holds about 1,600 spectators. The club is chaired by Paweł Żurawski and managed by Paweł Załoga. Local fans often support Wisła Kraków, and Polonia’s main rivals are Czuwaj Przemyśl, with whom they contest the local derby.
