2008 Svenska Cupen was the 53rd season of Sweden’s main football cup. It featured 98 teams and ran from March 20 to September 21, 2008, with 96 matches played in total. The final was held at Fredriksskans in Kalmar, where IFK Göteborg won 5–4 on penalties against Kalmar FF to lift the cup.

Akropolis IF withdrew before the first round. In the early rounds, winners from the previous round joined all teams from Allsvenskan and Superettan. The rounds took place March 20–April 12, 2008 (first round), April 23–May 1, 2008 (second round), May 14–18, 2008 (third round), and June 25–28, 2008 (the later rounds).
