2005 Superettan
2005 Superettan was the sixth season of Sweden’s second-tier football league in its current format. Sixteen teams competed. AIK won the league and were promoted to the Allsvenskan, along with Öster and GAIS. Boden, Västerås SK, and Västra Frölunda were relegated. Åtvidabergs FF qualified for the UEFA Cup. A total of 240 matches were played.
