Gmina Nowa Wieś Lęborska is a rural district in Lębork County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Nowa Wieś Lęborska, located about 2 km northwest of Lębork and 63 km west of Gdańsk. The gmina covers 270.39 square kilometres and had a population of 12,390 in 2006.

The area includes many villages and settlements, such as Bąkowo, Brzezinki, Darżewo, Jamy, Laska, Łebień, Nowa Wieś Lęborska, Niebędzino, Tawęcino, Rybnik, Żelazkowo and others.

Gmina Nowa Wieś Lęborska borders the town of Lębork and the gminas of Cewice, Choczewo, Główczyce, Łęczyce, Potęgowo and Wicko.
