Zhulan Qiqike (1928–2011) was a Chinese film director born in Fuxin Mongol Autonomous County, Liaoning. She joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1946 and worked on literary and artistic propaganda. She performed for the People’s Liberation Army on the front lines during the Kuomintang Islamic insurgency and later in North Korea during the Korean War.

In the early 1950s, she studied at the Northeast Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts and the Central Academy of Drama, graduating in 1956. She then returned to Inner Mongolia, where she held several leadership roles in theater and film, including deputy head and director of the Inner Mongolia Repertory Theater, deputy director of Inner Mongolia Film Studio, and director of the Federation of Inner Mongolia.

She directed films such as Prairie Morning Music and Li Wuhai, and news films like Baogang Album and Red Flag in Inner Mongolia. She also directed works like Pradon Klecheko, Young Guards, the Mongolian drama Golden Eagle, and the opera Oroqen New Song. She served on the First Committee of the Inner Mongolia CPPCC.

From 1983 to 1991, she held top positions at the Broadcasting Administration Bureau of Inner Mongolia, including Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Deputy Director, Director, and Editor-in-Chief. During this time, a large TV complex and a long microwave network were built in the region.

After retiring in 1991, she promoted Mongolian long song, organizing the first Mongolian long song seminars in 1997 and 2000. She edited the Inner Mongolia Long Song Symposium Collection and helped have the Mongol Clan Chang Tune recognized as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. She received the Outstanding Contributor Award for National Literature and Art. She also served as vice chairman of the Chinese Television Artists Association and chairman of the Chinese Minority Film Art Research Association.

Zhulan Qiqike died on 26 September 2011 in Beijing, at about 83. She was married to Buhe (1985–1989) and had three children, including Bu Xiaolin.
