Zara Foley (born 11 April 2002) is an Irish former professional footballer who played as a defender for Cork City in the Women's National League and for the Republic of Ireland national team.

She comes from Ballincollig, Ireland, and began her football with Lakewood Athletic before joining Cork City in July 2018. She made her Cork City debut in a 3-1 loss to Wexford Youths. In 2019 she scored her first goal for Cork City in a 7-1 win over Kilkenny United, finding the net in the third minute.

In 2020, Foley helped Cork City to a 4th-place finish and reach the FAI Women's Cup Final, where they were beaten 6-0 by Peamount United. On 14 September 2023, Cork City announced her retirement due to an injury that would prevent her from reaching full capacity again.

Internationally, Foley was called up to the Republic of Ireland senior squad in 2018 for friendlies against Portugal and Norway, though she did not play in those games. She made her senior debut in October 2018 as a 90th-minute substitute against Poland. She also represented Ireland at the U17 level in 2018 and the U19 level from 2019 to 2023.

Her older brother, Dylan Foley, also played football for Cork City and Cobh Ramblers.
