Yentl is a soundtrack album by Barbra Streisand for the 1983 film Yentl. It was released on November 8, 1983, by Columbia Records. Streisand produced the album with Alan and Marilyn Bergman, and Michel Legrand arranged and conducted the music. All music was composed by Legrand, with lyrics by the Bergmans.

The album reached number 9 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold and platinum by the RIAA on January 9, 1984 (500,000 copies shipped for Gold; 1,000,000 for Platinum). The lead single, The Way He Makes Me Feel, released November 5, 1983, peaked at number 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Adult Contemporary chart for two weeks. Papa, Can You Hear Me? followed and became a Top 30 Adult Contemporary hit. No Matter What Happens was released as the second single in the United Kingdom.

In 1991, Streisand released Just for the Record, a box set that included three demos from the Yentl sessions, including The Moon And I (previously unreleased). The album also received certifications in France, the Netherlands, and Israel, and Streisand has said it sold more than 3.5 million copies worldwide.

A two-disc 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition was released on October 27, 2023, with a second disc featuring previously unreleased demos recorded in Streisand’s living room with Legrand on piano.

All music is by Michel Legrand; all lyrics are by Alan and Marilyn Bergman.
