Wild Horses is a 1952 stage farce by British writer Ben Travers. It opened on 18 August 1952 at the Manchester Opera House, then moved to the Aldwych Theatre in London's West End, where it ran for 179 performances from November 1952 to April 1953. Set in Knightsbridge in the present day, the comedy centers on the sale of a valuable painting. The play starred Robertson Hare and Ralph Lynn, who had previously appeared together in Travers’s Aldwych farces in the 1920s and 1930s. Other cast members included Robin Hunter, Cyril Smith, Colin Douglas, Frank Thornton, Joan Haythorne and Ruth Maitland.
