Wayne Gammon (born 2 July 1950) is an Australian former rowing coxswain. He competed in the men's coxed pair at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.

Gammon grew up in rural Victoria and started rowing with Nagambie Rowing Club. At 16 he moved to Melbourne and coxed for Mercantile Rowing Club from 1966 to 1968, but weight later stopped him from continuing. The Nagambie pair of Neil Lodding and Bruce Richardson began to have success and aimed for the 1964 Olympics. In the 1963-64 season Gammon joined as their coxswain and steered them to the national title in the coxed pair in 1964. After he stopped coxing, he stayed involved with Nagambie as a committee member. In 1964 Olympic trials at Lake Burley Griffin, Lodding, Richardson and Gammon won selection. In Tokyo they finished 9th overall after a heat third, a repechage second, and a B final third.
