Washington-Wheatley, Kansas City
Washington-Wheatley is a historic neighborhood in Kansas City, Missouri. It is bounded by 18th Street to the west, 27th Street to the east, Prospect Avenue to the south, and I-70 to the north. The area is mainly African American and located on the city's East Side.
