Paul Voyeux
Paul Voyeux (11 April 1884 – 1 May 1968) was a French football forward who played for Olympique Lillois and the French national team in the 1910s. Born in Valenciennes, he joined OL by 1911 and soon became captain. He helped OL win the USFSA Northern Championship in 1911, and then led the team to further titles in 1913 and 1914, including scoring twice in the 3–0 final win over Olympique de Cette on 5 April 1914.
Voyeux played for France in unofficial UIAFA events, including the 1911 European Tournament in Roubaix, and matches in 1912 against England (7–1) and Catalonia (7–0, scoring). He earned one official cap for France on 20 April 1913, in a 8–0 victory over Luxembourg. During World War I he served as a quartermaster interpreter with the British Army. After the war, he worked as a director of a seed and oilseed products business in Paris. He died in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine, on 1 May 1968, aged 84.
