WKJC is a country music radio station in Tawas City, Michigan. It broadcasts on 104.7 FM and started in 1980 on 103.9 MHz. It is locally programmed and owned by Carroll Enterprises. WKJC carries programs from the Michigan News Network, NASCAR, and ABC Radio Network. It used to broadcast on 103.9 MHz. From 1993 to 1998, WKJC was also heard on WKJZ 94.9 FM in Hillman. In 1998, WKJZ switched to simulcasting WKJC’s sister station WQLB 103.3 FM (now Hits FM) in Tawas City.
