Cleveland "Chiflán" Clark Steele (born July 14, 1919) was a Cuban professional baseball outfielder who played in the Negro leagues. He was born in Victoria de Las Tunas, Cuba, and batted and threw right-handed. Clark played for the New York Cubans from 1945 to 1948, debuting in 1945 and making his last appearance in 1948. In his Negro National League career, he posted a .232 batting average with 1 home run and 30 runs scored. He was part of the New York Cubans’ 1947 Negro League World Series championship team. His nickname, Chiflán, means "shifty."
