Rev. William Alfred Langsford (1851–21 November 1930) was a South Australian Methodist minister. He was born in Norwood, the second son of lay preacher John Langsford, who arrived in 1850 aboard the Sea Queen. His grandfather was John Langsford from Alphington, Devon. He studied at Pulteney Street School and Prince Alfred College, then began training as a minister in 1874 and started his ministry in 1876.

Langsford served in many places: 13 years in the northern circuits, five years on Yorke Peninsula, and 13 years in the city and suburbs (Norwood, Unley, Hindmarsh, Payneham, and Prospect). He later moved to the South-East and was chairman of the South-Eastern district from 1902 to 1904.

He married Catherine Helen Catt in 1880; she lived from 1858 to 1931 and was the daughter of Alfred Catt. They lived at 3 Flora Terrace, Prospect, and had several children. His brother Arthur Langsford (c. 1855–1927) was an insurance executive and founder and president of the Methodist Local Preachers and Laymen's Association.
