Villexavier

Villexavier is a small commune in southwestern France, in the Charente-Maritime department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It covers about 20 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of 48 to 90 meters. In 2023, 267 people lived there, giving a density of about 27 residents per square kilometer. The commune is part of the Jonzac arrondissement and Jonzac canton. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Bastien Rabeyrolles.
