2003 Fylde Borough Council election
Fylde Borough Council in Lancashire, England, held elections on 1 May 2003 to elect all council seats. Boundary changes since the 1999 election increased the number of seats by two. The Conservative Party gained overall control of the council, which had previously been under no overall control. Two Independent councillors were elected uncontested.
