Verkhnesaldinsky District is one of thirty districts in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. Its administrative center is the town of Verkhnyaya Salda. The district is also a municipal entity called Verkhnesaldinsky Urban Okrug. It contains one urban-type settlement and four rural councils, with 1 town and 18 rural localities. The time zone is UTC+5. Population (excluding Verkhnyaya Salda): 3,306 (2010), 3,669 (2002), 26,470 (1989).
