Velké Přítočno is a small municipality and village in the Kladno District of the Central Bohemian Region in the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 residents and covers 2.41 square kilometers, with an elevation around 391 meters. The village lies about 2 kilometers south of Kladno and 16 kilometers west of Prague, on the flat agricultural Prague Plateau. The stream Zákolanský potok begins here (in this area it is called Dolanský potok).

The name comes from the Czech word for tributary; it was once Přietočeň, and by 1397 the area was divided into Velké Přítočno and Malé Přítočno. The highest point in the area is about 430 meters. In 1933 Velké Přítočno recorded very low rainfall of 247 mm for the year, and it is noted as having one of the lowest yearly precipitations in the country. The I/61 road runs through the village, linking D6 and D7 via Kladno. There are no protected cultural monuments in the municipality. The first written mention of Velké Přítočno dates from 1354.
