Uwe Gospodarek (born 6 August 1973) is a German football coach and former goalkeeper. He is the goalkeeper coach for Bundesliga club 1. FC Köln.

Gospodarek began his pro career with Bayern Munich, but only made seven first‑team appearances because two top keepers, Raimond Aumann and Oliver Kahn, were ahead of him. He then moved to VfL Bochum, helping them rise from the second division to the UEFA Cup, and played most of his games there. After Bochum he played for 1. FC Kaiserslautern and later spent time with Jahn Regensburg and SV Wacker Burghausen in the lower leagues. In 2007 he joined Borussia Mönchengladbach, left in 2009, and briefly joined Hannover 96 in 2009–10 after Robert Encke’s death, but did not play any league games and retired as a player in 2010.

As a coach, Gospodarek has worked as goalkeepers coach for Germany’s under-21 team (2010–2013), was a youth goalkeepers coach at Bayern Munich starting in 2012, then worked with VfB Stuttgart from 2019 to 2021, and moved to 1. FC Köln as their goalkeeper coach in 2021.

Internationally, he earned 18 caps for the Germany under-21 team from 1993 to 1996. Across his club career, he made 342 league appearances.
