Ursidibacter maritimus

Ursidibacter maritimus is a bacterium from the genus Ursidibacter. It belongs to the Pasteurellaceae family, within the Pasteurellales order, Gammaproteobacteria class, and the phylum Pseudomonadota. It was found in the mouth of a polar bear from Greenland. The species was described in 2015 by Johanne and colleagues. The type strains are CCUG 65144 and DSM 28137.
