Upsala IF, or Upsala Idrottsförening, is a Swedish sports club from Uppsala. It was created on 11 December 1904 when IK Swithiod and Erikslunds IK merged. It almost got named Allmänna Idrottsklubben, Uppsala, but the name was rejected because it was similar to AIK. In 1907 the club became Upsala Idrottsförening and joined the Swedish Sports Confederation (RF).

Upsala IF is a multi-sport club with five active sections: boxing, football (including youth football), athletics, handball and orienteering. In the past it offered up to 14 sports, such as bandy, ice hockey, chess, tennis, cycling, skiing, racewalking and swimming, but these are no longer active. The club currently has around 2,000 members.

In football, Upsala IF has mostly competed in the middle and lower levels of Sweden’s league system and is affiliated to Upplands Fotbollförbund. In recent seasons they have mostly played in Division IV Uppland, with some years in Division III or II. The 2018 season saw them finish 11th in Division IV Uppland and face relegation.

Pole vaulter Armand Duplantis is the most notable member of the club.
