Luisa Fernanda Rudi Úbeda (born 13 December 1950 in Seville) is a Spanish politician from the People's Party (PP). She has held several major positions in Spain's national and regional government. She was Mayor of Zaragoza from 1995 to 2000. She then became the President of the Congress of Deputies (the lower house) from 2000 to 2004, the first woman to hold that role. After that, she served as a member of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2008. She led the regional government of Aragon as President from 2011 to 2015. Since 2015 she has been a senator in Spain, representing Aragón. She began her political career with the People's Alliance before joining the PP in 1989.
