Up Down (Do This All Day) is a song by American singer and rapper T-Pain featuring B.o.B. It was released on August 13, 2013, as the first single from T-Pain’s Greatest Hits collection, T-Pain Presents Happy Hour: The Greatest Hits (2014). The track was produced by DJ Mustard and Mike Free, and it peaked at number 62 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number 43 on the UK Singles Chart.

Originally intended as the lead single for T-Pain’s upcoming album Stoicville: The Phoenix, the song features a bouncy, synth-heavy beat built around a Roland 808 drum machine. Lyrically, T-Pain celebrates strippers and liquor, earning it the label of a strip-club anthem.

T-Pain has said the song came together after he focused on the beat and collaborated with B.o.B, describing the process as natural and enjoyable. He noted their long-running collaboration and mutual respect.

The song was performed on SKEE Live (January 14, 2014) and The Arsenio Hall Show (January 16, 2014). It was certified Platinum by the RIAA on May 14, 2015.

A lyric video released on September 9, 2013 features strippers dancing with neon lyrics flashing. The official music video, released November 19, 2013 and directed by G Visuals, shows a backyard party vibe with a homage to early 1990s hip hop and includes a cameo from Tyrese.

Remixes: In January 2014 a remix was teased with a new instrumental by DJ Montay, and in May 2014 T-Pain announced three official remixes. The first remix, released May 14, 2014, features Lil Boosie and Kid Ink alongside T-Pain and B.o.B.
