Leonardo Carol Madelón, born 25 January 1963 in Cafferata, Argentina, is an Argentine football manager and former midfielder. He is the current manager of Unión Santa Fe. As a player, he spent his career with San Lorenzo (1982–1988), Unión Santa Fe (1988–1990) and Rosario Central (1990–1993). He began his coaching career in 1997 with Colegiales and has since managed many Argentine clubs, including El Porvenir, Unión Santa Fe, Nueva Chicago, Talleres de Córdoba, Olimpo, Rosario Central, Gimnasia La Plata, Quilmes, San Lorenzo, Belgrano, Platense, Arsenal de Sarandí, Central Córdoba and Gimnasia La Plata again. His notable achievement was leading Olimpo to both the Apertura and Clausura titles in the Primera B Nacional during the 2006–07 season, earning promotion to the Primera División. He has had several spells with Unión Santa Fe (2013–2016, 2017–2020, and from 2025).
