Ukkulankulam (Tamil: உக்குளாங்குளம், Sinhala: උකුලංගුලම්) is a suburb of Vavuniya in the Northern Province of Sri Lanka. It lies about 4 km north of Vavuniya town and covers around 12.6 square kilometers, with a population of about 3,459 people. The area is part of the Vavuniya South Pradeshiya Sabha and has its own local council members, though today it comprises two villages that are treated as one community for administration.

The name comes from the Sri Lankan spotted chevrotain, known locally as Ukkiḻāṉ. Ukkulankulam is bordered by Pandarikulam to the north and east, Kurumankadu to the west, and Koomankulam to the south.

A key highlight is the Ukkulankulam Shiva Temple, which houses Sri Lanka’s only five-faced Shiva Lingam. The temple’s sanctum sanctorum is said to resemble the Kasi Vishwanathar Temple in India.
